The Mountrail County Job Development Authority’s (JDA) mission is to grow Mountrail County’s quality of life, enhance economic opportunity, and promote growth and development by providing guidance and resources to entrepreneurs and communities. Through our Community Grant Program, we offer funding for community projects under three funding priorities— improvements to community facilities or buildings; projects that address Mountrail County's most immediate workforce challenges; and development of vibrant public spaces improving open space, parks, and access/connectivity to other amenities.
